Missing some vinyl that was marked on the shipper but was not shipped. Another piece of vinyl was damaged because of poor packaging. They forced it into the shipping box and wrinkled it. Made several attemps to contact us cutter but only got an automated response saying i would be contacted. That never happened. This company will not be getting any more business from me. To unreliable and no customer service.
