Problem losing alignment with large cuts, help

I love and use my Titan2 a lot. mostly small cuts 3" to 12". but when I try to do anything longer the alignment/registration gets off. I'm using Sure Cuts a lot 4 (as it came with the cutter and I'm on a Mac). I've calibrated it several times and this doesn't help. What is my issue?
