Vinyl express r series ii is cutting ridgidy lines. I have the pressure and speed set to the correct numbers. While the cutter is running, if I slightly hold down on the cutting head / tool carriage, it will cut the lines correct, but once I let go it cuts them rigidd again. Sign Warehouse tech support sucks and I need someone who knows how to help.
