dkhochhalter 1 Posted October 9, 2008 Hey- anyone tried to export an image to their desktop (or anywhere else) from Signblazer Elements Trial version? If you try it, and it lets you- go look for the image on the desktop (or wherever you saved it). I guarantee its not there... Does anyone know how to get around this? I have an online business. If I can't export from SB, i can't show my customer what they're purchasing! Please help!

nonabelle 5 Posted October 9, 2008 i won't take it wrong, it's just i know how to export documents and have tried to on several occasions and it has not worked for me at all. i have even tried different formats and locations to export to. not saying that it doesn't work, just saying that i can't get it to work for me. now i just copy paste to flexi and export from there with no problems. SmallSigns 23 Posted October 9, 2008 Make sure you have the image you want to save selected and then go file, export -- I do this all the time saving as both .jpg and .eps -- never had a problem. Good Luck!
dkhochhalter 1 Posted October 9, 2008 I'm with you Nonabelle. I can't get the thing to do it for me. No matter what I try, and I've done it before a million times. I called US Cutter Tech Support yesterday and they couldn't get it to do it for them either. Well, since some can, and some can't- does anyone know of a way to get around this? (Besides using Flexi, i dont have that...)? Thanks for your help.

raleighron 0 Posted December 22, 2024 I know this is an older post but I have had this issue also. I found that when exporting a box pops up with DPI and PIXELS. If you turn down the DPI it will export correctly. Mine will only export larger photos below 20 dpi. As you can see in the above videos other posted theirs are turned way down too. if you try it and it doesn't export just keep truning it down until it works.
