neverevereven 0 Posted March 24 Im using cutmaster, and a mh871 mk2, so ive replaced the main board because the only button that would do anything was the reset button. It would turn on do a self test but i could never get it offline or set origin. And if i sent the vinly in the right way and moved the cutter to where i wanted the origin to be i was able to send a file from the computer to be cut. Now ive replaced the main board and i have use of the reset, the test and the arrow buttons. But offline, setup and origin are doing nothing. Any help would be awesome! haumana 1,229 Posted March 25 I would recommend you submit a trouble ticket to US Cutter. If any of the members in the forum can help you, they will definitely chime in, but this issue might be beyond the scope of the forum members, and I do not know how often anyone from US Cutter checks the forum.
