Vinylmaster not cutting middle third

Hey all. Im having an issue with my Vinylmaster LTR 5.0 program cutting1/3 of a 2' x 2' camouflage tree limb type cut, going to the second 1/3 of the cut, which would be cool but before going to the middle third it will freak out for a couple seconds up by the origin spot, roll back to try an finish the middle which it does for a few spots but then I catch it cutting the second 1/3. That in itself wouldnt bother me but if the vinyl rolls out a 1/16 or 1/8" it ruins the entire cut by being misaligned. What causes this? tia, Stan

Aloha StanD - I would recommend that you sign up for this forum as a regualr user, so that your posts will go up immediately for everyone to see.  Does cost of thing.

As for what's happening, have you checked the file to see if there's something a little wonky with the area that it's freaking out at? I'm guessing that it does that in the same place? You might also try scaling the file down and put in some sacrificial vinyl to see if it's still does it.

If you're willing, you can also post the file for other members to inspect.
