Registration Marks for Kiss Cut Stickers

Hey Team,

I am trying to understand this VM program and can not find any source to complete my task. Can you please help?

I have a 34inch US Cutter and use the Vinyl Master cutting software.

I normally import a design file using Adobe Illustrator and cut decals

Well now I want to experiment with some more DYI home "printed" stickers as a "Kiss Cut" option.

These "Kiss Cut" Stickers I would like to make are printed on sticker substrate and have a laminate on top.

The sticker sheet size is a 10"x10" and has a tail of 5inches of blank material so the wheels will have something to hold on too if the blade goes past the 
registration mark.

I have included registration marks to my design file. Have the printed sticker sheet loaded into the cutter machine, I have tried setting up the VM cutter to 
Find my registration marks by manually setting them up and calibrating the location of the registration marks.

I am now challenged with when I click cut, It goes to the location of the registration marks but then advances the substrate sticker sheet completely off the rollers.

It continues to keep advancing forward and doesn't stop as if there was over a 100 feet of material.


ANY Advice or Ideas to help me get to the next step would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance for your time and wisdom.

You need to be cutting on an adhesive cutting mat or you will be chewing up your teflon cutting strip. UScutter sells them..Walmart for Cricuts.
