Vintlmaster DSL color picker picking wrong area of image - Lenovo laptop

I have 2 new Lenovo laptops that the Color picker picks the color on the screen wrong. I have to put the color picker below & to the right of the target to get the correct color. Antone else have this issue & able to fix it?
