I am having an issue cutting a 19" Logo

every time i cut it it comes out jagged  or not Perfectly round

My software will mot smooth it 

any ideas

Your machine will cut exactly what you feed into it. In this case, your best bet would be to pass the profile through a third party software which can smoothen the jagged edges.

If it's a simple circular outline of the logo, then recreate the circle on your own, and use that in place of the original one. It'll take a little node editing, but it'll get you a better result. I do it all the time.
