E01019 Hardware Y position alarm on my CE7000-60

someone please help me fix this. after i do a default reset i have E01019 alarm on my CE7000-60 plotter. i have tried any ways i got from youtube but it not solve my problem.

Cause: This error occurs when the blade tray was moved from side to side by the user after loading the media onto the plotter and with the rear plotter lever in the up position.

if the error cannot be resolved I would contact graphtec directly for support .

 Not sure where you found your info Dakota,  But the error in the CE7000  user manual, says too heavy on the motor.  Like they are trying to pull reflective or heavy vinyl.  screen shot of error from CE7000 user manual

Your motor may be dragging, running slow, etc, which may set off the alarm.  What type of vinyl are you using? Is it a big roll that you are pulling from?   That cutter can't be very old.,  Isn't it under warranty?  Why haven't you contacted Graphtec tech support with your problem? That is who you should contact.
