How about asking them for permission to use it (and request if they can provide you with the .eps graphic)? usarmy.trademark.licensing.mil@mail.mil "...The use of Military Service marks, including reproduction on merchandise, is expressly prohibited without written permission from a Military Service Trademark Licensing Program Office."
