That's probably a one-off. You can try and search for a similar sans serif font, then overlay the graphic and do a weld/combine (whatever your software calls it) kind of thing.

Are you wanting the font, or the design. Find a font you like that is bold enough, overlay the graphic, duplicate both the font and the graphic and move one copy up or down so you can easily work on them. Then you'll need to punch the graphic through the font on one pair, and punch the font through the graphic on the other pair. Bring the two back together and weld it all. Some software have the ability to do this all in one step, Inkscape calls it Exclusion. Lay the two graphics over each other, hit Exclusion and you get the effect you're looking for.
