No, flexi sign doesn't come with a dongle.  But I can safely say that I used it without before and it worked perfectly.

ALL  legal Flexisign software has a USB dongle. That is the user ID and password for the software.

I don' t think its the software or the cutter that are the problem.  I'm sure its the laptop.  I dropped my old one so had to get a replacement one that ran xp.

I have been running XP since 2006, never a problem.  Several different laptops.   Windows will shut down pirated software.    Try Signblazer

I am going to update this, I was rereading this thread, because I saw someone reading it recently. I had told this OP several times, in Flexi software, that her setting in Flexi was not correct. Her setting was set to HOLD IN LIST. Instead of SEND NOW. That is a dropdown box.  When it is set to HOLD IN LIST, the cutting software will never send the file. The setting has to be on SEND NOW. Her very last photo STILL shows HOLD IN LIST.  In my opinion.  That was the problem after the drivers situation was sorted.   Left side of photo, below the  1st sizes.

Wow, this is the ultimate necro-thread!

If anyone doubts the lengths we sometimes go through to troubleshoot, this one is evidence.

Without any acknowledgement from Sophie of a resolution, I may add.

What I'm mostly noticing recently is that USCUTTER buyers aren't joining here with their reviews and comments on new machines -- MH100/200/300 --  and I think the reason is that those units have been installing and performing well, without any concerning issues.

And for the record, I'm still utilizing Signblazer in the production of signs and banners, with my SC2.
