Cricut adaptive tool system problems

Today my adaptive tool system stopped working. The gear does not spin, the sensor doesn’t recognize any of my adaptive tools .  Tried rebooting machine. Cleaned everything. Reinstalled my design program. Nothing worked. Thoughts

Thoughts?  You should go to the Cricut forum. Most people here use full size vinyl cutters, not craft cutters.  I don't know of one person here that uses a Cricut Craft cutter.
