Wildgoose 4,200 Posted June 7, 2019 For the posts and beams I have always had to build them from fence parts. I don't do those things very often but mine were painted wood with routered slots for the diabond or signboard panel. I'm sure it could be done with the pvc too although I never feel like the pvc is very sturdy. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
slice&dice 2,450 Posted June 9, 2019 Wildgoose, that's actually a great hint for people -- to buy a router and make slots for sign posts. There's a ton of $$ out there to be made with 4x8 MaxMetal signs, some of those sheets are TWO COLORS !!! Red/Yellow Green/Blue Black, SIlver, Gold finish (very impressive look, but only one side is finished, so put two sheets back=to=back with liquid nails) I've done quite a few, and always love to add the finials.
