slim 9215 0 Posted August 28, 2018 Purchased a heat press Jan of 2017 have had nothing but problems with it. Burnt up three power switches on five uses. Contacted us cutter twice about issue. First time they told me it was out of warranty. Nothing they could do. JUNK JUNK JUNK. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM US CUTTER. I'd like to have our Technical Support reps take another look at seeing if there isn't anything more that can be done for you.
