canuckian46 0 Posted March 24, 2018 Have a older gx-24, I put a brand new blade and cutting strip on and it cuts a few items then it seems like the tip breaks on knife and the head starts chattering on the vinyl, or the the chattering breaks the blade....any ideas or recommendations to a resolution? haumana 1,220 Posted March 25, 2018 When it is cutting, is it cutting the vinyl well, or are the score marks on the backing too deep? You might need to adjust your pressure as well. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
