Where did you get your Flexi Cloud 11 software.?  What you are showing is not an ALL CUTTER version of Flexi software...

My flexi buy in brasil, of Flexi Brasil. Genuine.

Only thing I can see, is to try all of the Creation Pcut drivers.in Flexi Cloud 11...Maybe 1 of them will work....You should have checked out the software before you bought it and made sure it had the  Creation PCUT CTO630 driver. Sorry, nothing more that I can do.

Sounds like you need to contact who you purchased the cutter and software from.  They are your tech support. ..  Your  welcome...
