technocryl 0 Posted April 7, 2017 Hi everyone,I have an old GRX 400 plotter which is having issues lately. When using a large paper size - after placing the paper the plotter runs the length of the plotter 2 and a half times. Then when sending the file for printing the plotter exits the boundaries of the paper (length-wise) and apits the the paper out. What I have found is that the plotter positions keeps changes. Ther are defineable positions in the plotter menu: position 1, position 2, align point. Every time after setting the paper and after the plotter runs the length of the paper this points fall on different corners each time.I was wondering if someone here would be able to tell me if there is a source for manual for this plotter. My local dealer will not provide it and Roland itself stopped supporting this model a long time ago.Would greatly appreciate any help.
MZ SKEETER 4,709 Posted April 7, 2017 I did not find a manual, but I did find a site for drivers. Have you tried reinstalling the driver? http://www.helpdrivers.com/printers/Roland/GRX-400/
technocryl 0 Posted April 9, 2017 Thank you for that, I did not think of reinstalling the driver but I will give it a try.
