machenry 0 Posted December 8, 2016 Just got my new Titan 2 Monday. Set up a test and everything cut great. Wednesday had a repeat job and cut two sections, then on the third time sending job to cutter the program freezes and the cutter does nothing. Had to force quit SCAL Pro 4, and turn power off on cutter and back on. Then relaunched SCAL Pro 4 and cut another two sections, then when sending the cut the program freezes again sending the file to the cutter. This has happened three times today. Using a Mac Mini, 16 GB Ram, 10.6 MOS. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I'll look back for this post first thing AM Thursday. Thank you all for advice. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Primal Decals 621 Posted December 8, 2016 make sure your usb connection in the titan 2 is good. even tho i never remove my cable , mine for some reason started acting up and my cable wouldnt hold very well and caused connection issues like your stating.i got my replacement part but havent changed it yet..
