cutter33 0 Posted August 13, 2016 i have a master xy-380p cutter using windows xp having trouble trying to get pc to communicate with cutter every time i try to put cutter driver setup i get message software you are installing has not pass windows logo testing to verify its compatibility. then when i stop installing i see x driver pre-install failure! this is the same cutter software that came with cutter when i bought in 2008 is there a generic driver that i can use to get in and set up cutter the cd is master software for cutter all i did was unplug cutter because i was not using cutter i have signgo and flex 8.5 that came with cutter. i have to be careful i just paid to have a virus removed.
