Helene Beck 0 Posted May 22, 2016 I had this problem before and geek squad was able to fix it.. Now they are telling me to contact Flexi because my software is outdated... Then Flexi also told me I need to upgrade for either $50 month or $800 I'm frustrated because I already paid a lot for equipment & software I have & for the cuts I do it works fine any advice Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted May 22, 2016 You could try reinstalling the driver for USB dongle first, from below and reboot your computer after,, If that doesn't work, http://www.safenet-inc.com/support-downloads/sentinel-drivers/ Uninstall and reinstall the flexistarter 10 and make sure you install the Sentinel driver on the disc when you do, that is the USB dongle driver. for password.
