NO SHAPES TO CUT anyone had this problem? scal4 , titan 2

Well what do you have on your cutting mat to send to the cutter? Do you have a vector design set up to cut?

is it possible that the usb cable is no good?

thanks

It could be possible you do not have anything designed on the current page you are sending to your cutter as Mz Skeeter said.

If the problem doesn't resolve then "UNREGISTER" the software then uninstall it then reinstall it and register it. Follow those steps carefully as you only get 3 installs per license.

Could be that the cable is not good.  Did you activate this new software on this computer at Craftedge.com..  And why didn't you use the original disc?  And why don't you?  If you have installed too many times, you may not be able to use it,  As it only allows to be used on 2 computers.

Thanks for giving me some items to work on, after i reconfigd my pc I asked craft edge for assistance to activate. since i have already uninstalled

and reinstalled today in addition to the activation by craftedge, i probably do have a activation issue. however , i do not have a activation or trial expired message at start up.i have two kids in college so i cant just buy a new program, cant afford it.maybe craft edge will be understanding.

thank you for your time and effort

Cy
