speedyts 3 Posted November 6, 2015 Yes. Figured out that the connection is bad so it must be getting interupted when sending the data. I've purchased a serial to usb cable but can't get the cutter to communicate with SCAL. It shows up in the list of COM ports. US Cutter tech support is useless.
