Problem whit the MH871-MK2, need help

hi, Im having problems whit my cutter, right know i cannot do any job on it, basically i can not move the cutting, it moves moves erratic even in offline mode, im gonna put a youtube link to watch the problem, please need help

I think the last one of these we had like that turned out to be a mainboard - check with support on monday - they are pacific time in the US so I don't know how that correlates with the time in Venezuela
