JasonAlan 0 Posted June 4, 2015 Had my 4050 for a while now - it's been great. However, today when I go to turn it on I get a "micro movement" from the head (as if it's turning on) but then nothing. No other signs of life: no screen, no movements and using the buttons by memory doesn't result in anything. Tried new cords and outlets already, so I'm guessing it's either the motherboard or power supply. Is there a way to tell which one I need to order? I don't mind the DIY. TauntDevil 19 Posted June 5, 2015 Have you tried turning it off and then back on? Nah i'm kidding, +2 for calling support. Sounds like maybe the powersupply is dead.
