Easy cutter purchased from lancer group

I tried all com ports from 1,2,3,4 and used generic drivers it transfers to cutter then the error in cutter response, looks like still can't find right drivers

When I connect the USB to my computer, it only recognises as Keyspan new hardware, not the cutter is this normal?, secondly when I transfer the files to the cutter the Keyspan LED is very active, how much time does it take to transfer 10 letters of 3" size in times new roman?, third question on the far end to the display cutter has red switch what is this for?, the Error I am getting is

CANNOT OPEN OUTPUT DEVICE ERROR INITIALIZING THE CUTTER" am I doing anything wrong here? thanks for the replies
