DeepEllumGlass 7 Posted December 25, 2013 I'm new to vinyl and thank you to all who have been advising me. I downloaded signcut, SCALP came with my us cutter then I downloaded signblazer. SB is pretty easy for me to understand. Signcut and scalp are a bit harder but I was able to cut vinyl with both programs. SB is by far easier for me to understand. I've been having trouble with my letter height. I guess when you get older things don't come as easily as when your younger. I like the way SB lays out the tile? I guess you call it. The cutting area. I can change the letter height very easy. They actually come out exactly as you see it. Now to practice on some reflective. My main goal has been to letter my companies new enclosed trailer. We have until Jan. 15 to get it lettered and ready for our first swap meet. Thanks again. I'm sure more questions are to come though.

slice&dice 2,450 Posted December 25, 2013 Consider that a Christmas gift to you, kind sir. Or, actually, it's from Jerry Bonham (r.i.p.) --- he created a sign making program that is intuitive and clear for the average joe, and to this day, I count my blessings that he chose to make it available. Using SignBlazer changed my life. And from what I'm reading here, it's changed yours, too.
