Problema con UsCutter MH721-MK2

Hola, tengo un Problema con Ploter de Corte UsCutter MH721-MK2... Hasta ayer estuve cortando a la perfección... Tengo 6 años con mi plotter y no había tenido problema alguno. Ayer comenzó a cortar de más, le bajé toda la presión y sigue cortando el papel... Le ajuste la navaja y está donde siempre ha estado! No sé que pueda haber sucedido!!! No sufrió ninguna descarga ni ningun tipo de movimiento en el cabezal o algo que afectará físicamente el plotter. Ayúdenme por favor!

Nota: Algo diferente que noté es, que al ajustar el punto de origen la navaja golpea muy fuerte hacia el material, siento que está bajando demasiado o con mucha fuerza.

DE REPENTE SE PUSO ASI, YA REVISE LOS CABLES Y TODO HASTA LA TARJETA

If the cables are making a good connection then basically there are 3 suspects.

1. The cable is damaged

2. The LCD itself is bad

3. The mother board is bad

My guess would be the LCD and you'll have to replace it to know for sure.

Pienso que si fuera el cable... o la Motherboard..  pues no funcionara el plotter... 

pero el ploter funciona perfectamente... aun  con el LCD asi lo puedo usar..

Hola alguien podría ayudarme tengo un US cutter  MH 721 -Mk2 y he instalado driver para trabajarlo junto con Corel driver  y hasta ahora todo está bien el único problema que tengo al respecto es que cuando hago cualquier corte ya sea una palabra un círculo o cualquier otra cosa no me cierra los corte siempre me deja una parte muy pequeña al cerrar  supongamos que haga un círculo comienza a picar  hacer el giro del corte y al llegar al punto final no alcanza a cerrarlo en su punto de partida osea no cierra los corte que puede estar pasando allí pensé q podría ser las agujas pero ya las cambie quiero saber si debo configurar alguna otra cosa

That is pretty typical with the MH's. By dialing in the blade depth, slowing the speed down and getting the offset correct you can minimize it but it'll almost always be there. The only way to completely close a cut is in the software add a bit of overcut. I don't know if Corel has that option in it. If not you'd be best to save the file off as an eps and then open it with a cutting program such as Vinyl Master that has the ability to add overcut.
