I just received my UsCutter SC in the mail. I have installed everything and set it up but it appears there is a belt that isn't attached on the right side. I think this is the reason the carriage will not move side to side when trying to set the origin. I was wondering how to fix this or if anyone has had the same problem.

The carriage transport belt merely hooks onto small pins behind the carriage (left and right sides).

If you need to release the tension on the belt, just remove the left-hand side cover (where the power plug is) by taking out two screws that hold it in place, and there's a belt roller with an adjusting screw which you can turn to loosen the tension. (Keep track of where it was originally, so you can replace the tensioner to the same point after attaching the unhooked belt to the carriage)

thank you. That is done, but the other side is undone and it looks like it is supposed to go through the machine?
