AAndrews19 53 Posted September 13, 2012 Made with oracal 751 black and 951m red gold. The 951m is really nice looking, but the photo doesn't show it very well.
slice&dice 2,450 Posted September 13, 2012 Were these produced for placing onto vehicles? You gotta round-off the corners. Nice work.

AAndrews19 53 Posted September 13, 2012 Were these produced for placing onto vehicles? You gotta round-off the corners. Nice work. I've never had any problems with straight corners... Is it more of a long term thing or what?
mb20music 760 Posted September 13, 2012 Rounded corners are supposed to help prevent the magnets from getting blown off
arty-rc 719 Posted September 13, 2012 Also, rounded corners help prevent the sign from getting snagged by someone walking by it.
AAndrews19 53 Posted September 13, 2012 Gotcha... these are going to be used on sub contractor vehicles which will be parked on site during the work, then removed before they leave... so I don't see it as an issue. I'll keep that in mind for future magnets though. First set I've had to do.

advantagegraffixx 8 Posted September 16, 2012 Yes there is a tool that is used to round corners. Most sign supply companies sell them. Handy little tool.
slice&dice 2,450 Posted September 16, 2012 I just use a quarter coin as a template and cut the corners with a utility knife. However, tomorrow, I'm going to invest in one of these -- http://www.joann.com...unded/prd11837/
