mfernandez 0 Posted August 28, 2012 We just received our 24" ZenCut Black and I'm absolutely satisfied with the cutter! My only issue is I cant seem to print beyond 475mm (19in.). We really love this machine and I cant seem to print needed signage that does not exactly fit within the 475mm restrictions along with wasted space that can be fully utilized. Currently I have the cutter connected through USB, Windows 7 (Dell Optiplex 790), using SignCut and Illustrator CS4 (EPS format). What am I doing wrong? Is there a setting I have overlooked? Aside from this I'm thinking about purchasing a longer USB cable (8ft or less) than the one supplied. Will this cause issues?

mfernandez 0 Posted August 28, 2012 Is that 19" in Width or length? That's 19" in width can you post a pic of your setup? I know, cable management has been put on the back burner until I get organized. Its bad enough our offices are under construction and I get shoved into a small corner of the building. But anyways... MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 28, 2012 I believe they wanted a post of your setup screen in your cutting software. to see where your problem is. At least that is my thought. No way,, to tell unless they see your set up screen.
