richardson 5 Posted June 17, 2012 I use to have a cutter, I used a refine mh721 with WINPC SIGN. Just got a new refine 871 and i now have a cheap acer lap top aspire, with windows 7. I have been trying everything i can think of to get it to work. looks like others have had problems with getting windows 7 to work and some say it works great. any ideas on getting this to install. everything says it is loaded but the usb device is not regonized. thanks for any help. richardson 5 Posted June 17, 2012 I googled drivers for refine mh871. downloaded that http://download.driverguide.com/driver/MH-1351+MH-365+MH-721+MH-871/USCutter/d1825240.html and when i turned on the cutter it popped up saying it was installing when it finished everything worked. hope this helps Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
