m2mahdi 0 Posted May 31, 2012 Hi everyone, This is my first post and i hope to get a good feed back from you all, I have a MH 1351 50" cutter and i have been using it perfectly for the past 2 years, but suddenly the motherboard of the machine got effected and because of that every time i turn on the machine the blade starts to jump up and down and i can no longer use the controls, i asked around and people recommended to change the mother board and i did but since then the cutter cant cut any large artwork, what happens is in the middle of cutting it loses memory and the blade gets forced down and the rollers just keep on rolling and it starts to damage the artwork and goes out of the cutting area. i would appreciate your help guys... best regards, Mahdi
Dr12volt1338 116 Posted May 31, 2012 Check all the connections on the board make sure they are tight... Did you make sure you were grounded when replacing it? Any kind of static while working with electronics pieces like that can cause issues..... Compare the part number on the board to the part number on the old board and verify it is the correct board.
