mabscotthandyman 1,410 Posted August 25, 2011 How does that process work? Basically like a mug or mirror. Cut the mask for the shape of the sign with lettering and graphics,blast the relief, I paint the relief before removing the mask. Then sand and paint the raised design. Sign foam is very easy to sandblast it takes a little adjusting to get right. I have a small home built cabinet so larger signs we farm out . Dan Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
