roxanneupnorth 106 Posted April 6, 2011 Best case nothing happens to you....Worst case you get everything you own seized and you go to jail.....A lot depends on who is ordering the logo and what kind of permission you get from the authorized owner to reproduce the logo... There is a horror story in here where a gal ( Lara ) was approached at a dirt car race track & took an order for decals including Dewalt stickers ( she charge 99 cents for the decal that got her sued ) ... Customer " said " they had authorization since it was a sponsor blah , blah , blah . You should search for it & read it . Search Dewalt . It is a criminal crime , but it is pursued civially 99.99 % of the time . JUST the legal defense costs makes it impractical . Few get sued etc , but some do ..........
