prettybird 0 Posted February 18, 2011 Hi, we have a Roland SC500 and when we print, the vinyl gets a bunch of bumps in it and someone said we need to adjust the vacuum so it sucks the vinyl down tighter while it's printing. So anyone know how to do that? Also, when I send something to cut or print, it tries to do a prefeed of the vinyl and a lot of times right when it tries to advance the vinyl, it gets a motor error. It doesn't get one every time, but most of the time. Then once I shut it down and restart it and resend the item, it works without a motor error. Any ideas what could be causing that? Thanks so much!
