"YES" I am pressing to get the moisture out of the shirt. Shirt: Black 50/50 Hanes Letting the machine warm up properly a good 30 minutes before pressing. The only problem, I'm having is the "Silver" Siser Easyweed material likes to wrinkle... and also does not bond properly. Whether it's letters or images.. it does not adhere properly.. no issues with same material in white, red, or pink.. Is it user error? or is it maybe the material no good? I have also pressed several bandana's that bonded perfect.. same steps above: Pics: http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/dd84/kevincoolatta/bandanas001.jpg[/img] At this point, I could use anyone's help and suggestions... midwaste 4 Posted June 10, 2009 Put a teflon sheet over the silver and reheat for 10 secs or so. If you don't have a teflon sheet, take a few pieces of the backer paper and stick them together sticky side to sticky side. That should fix your problem. Shirts look good, and bandanas too. 23putts 0 Posted June 10, 2009 Looks good.......I like how you think out of the box when placing the logos. The vintage look is hot and that requires printing all over the tee. If your going to produce a lot of them, look into screen print. Plastisol will outlast the tee if cured properly, and there is no weeding. I could print 48 of those front and back in a couple hours. Have you checked your heat press with an infrared thermometer to make sure it's at the proper heat setting (seeing if the setting is the same as the actual temperature of the platen)? I haven't tried the thermometer yet? Thanks for all the positive feedback.. does UScutter sell silkscreen machines? or could someone lead me in the right direction?
