Hi all, I've been trying to set up my Seiki 720T Vinyl Cutter, however I cannot get hold of the drivers required for it to work properly on my computer. I have scoured the web and checked the seikitech forums, however they seem to be down and only displaying the message: " Upgrading the forum... Don't worry, we will be back shortly with an updated forum. It will only be a minute ;)." If anyone knows where I can get the drivers required at this point in time, that would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, when plugged in, the only changes in the device manager are under the USB heading rather than the Ports (COM & LPT). Is this due to the lack of drivers or is it just a misunderstanding between me and the tutorial videos I've been following? Thanks in advance

seiki720t Need help setting up my Seiki 720T Cutting Plotter
Tonero16 posted a topic in Vinyl Cutters
Greetings everyone, I just signed up on this forum after scouring the web for days without any solution. I really hope you guys would help me get my cutting plotter up and running. So where do i start? I just got the Seiki 720t cutting plotter and I have not been able to cut anything with it (apart from the triangle and square of course). The small disc that came with the plotter got broken, so i had to look for other alternatives which have been frustrating. The Seiki forum is not updated and there is nothing useful there. I downloaded their utility tool - useless. I have a HP Probbok 4530s and i run windows 8.1PRO on a 64bit system. I can't find the driver for the plotter, I have installed and uninstalled several. Please i really need help with this. This is the third forum i have signed up with. What i need: compatible driver for the seiki 720t Thanks -
Hey guys, i have a 30" Seiki plotter and recently it's started pushing the vinyl side to side. Often on long banner cuts it will run right off of the vinyl and start tearing up the material. I've tried looseing and tightning the screws on the tension roller. I've loosened them up completly and started adding pressure 1/2 turn at a time. Still having problems. Have slowed down the plotter. Tried measuering it side to side. Still running crooked. Any suggestion? I'm just trying to cut some 15" vinyl for a small sign and i'm deststroying material. I am cutting the vinyl all the way to the right of the plotter (The side where the blade parks) Any and all suggestion are welcome. Thanks Fry
