    I need to reset this machine it was working before. Now since I moved home its not working, Got a new computer i have an issue with load media problem was working fine until we moved houses. I have loaded the media now it keep on saying "roll 1 press enter" or "roll 2 press enter" I press enter nothing happens? Can anyone help me here. I wish to reset this machine.

    Hey everybody I’m having a hard time cutting from my Mac 10.13 high Sierra onto my Graphtec ce 5000-60 thru Cut Master 3 latest Ver.2.2.1252 on illustrator CS6. I keep getting sync for a long time. I have the right language (GL) on my ce5000. But I’m assuming it’s my firmware because it’s version 5 and I need 6 but I can find the firmware file for Mac. It only has the firmware files for WIN. Anybody got some tips for me?

    I just unpacked my Graphtec CE5000-60. I use Adobe Illustrator CS2, and have installed the plug-in Cutting Master 2. I have set all my conditions and loaded in my media. When I ask the program to 'show me' the plot, i get an error message "HP-GL Error 1" I have gone in and made sure my origin is set where I want it, but I can't cut anything. I am starting to get frustrated! Anyone know what I am doing wrong?? Go easy on me, this is my first post!
