Thanks for you reply! It was bought as a package BUT second hand un-used! So I am on my own with this one. I will have a look into a Creation version! Is there any other software anyone can recommend, with experience of a working system on the Creation CS630?

Hi all, Please , please help , I have spent days and days trying to make this work! I have bought a Creative CS630 Cutter and it came with flexi 10 LiYu/RefineEdition software, will this work on my cutter? I can not select my model number (CS630) so think the software my be wrong or is there a patch I can use? One other issue I may have is having a PC running windows 10, but the program is running in compatibility mode (as XP) If this software is wrong can anyone select a free software to use with this model of cutter? Not sign blazer as it keeps crashing! Just need to know where to go next? Thanks advance guys! Many thanks for your help
