  1. I am doing a project for a friend who supplied a chrome colored vinyl. I fed it into the cutter, started cutting and bubbles erupted all over the place. Is this normal, and, what can be done about it? Thanks!
  2. Yes. I had tried everything to fix the static charge when I had the USB connected. I have been cutting since 1pm today and I have not had any errors (except for human errors )
  3. I was so frustrated with this problem, but I am 99% sure I have figured it out. I was using a USB connection, then switched to the serial port, and not a problem since. I have been cutting out yards of stuff (long projects) and NO random cuts.
  4. I am trying to use the parallel port, set BIOS config to ECP, did aa test - it works, but doesn't cut anything else out.
  5. I tried to ground the vinyl, because I believe it is a static problem. The first time it worked, the second time it did not.
  6. I have tried every single advice on fixing this problem (that many many others seem to have) and it seems to be getting worse. I also tried setting the "Rewind after forward Feed" to 0.00. This is starting to get really. freaking. annoying. HELP
  7. Thought so, thanks!
  8. Hi, Is there a way to keep the settings (like Baud 4800, Force, etc) or do I have to set it each time? Thanks!
