When I connect the USB to my computer, it only recognises as Keyspan new hardware, not the cutter is this normal?, secondly when I transfer the files to the cutter the Keyspan LED is very active, how much time does it take to transfer 10 letters of 3" size in times new roman?, third question on the far end to the display cutter has red switch what is this for?, the Error I am getting is CANNOT OPEN OUTPUT DEVICE ERROR INITIALIZING THE CUTTER" am I doing anything wrong here? thanks for the replies

I tried all com ports from 1,2,3,4 and used generic drivers it transfers to cutter then the error in cutter response, looks like still can't find right drivers Thanks Sam

It says com2,com3,com4 occupied, still I set it on com port 2 and software transfers to cutter but cutter does not respond, any other suggestion?

Hi I tried with keyspan, after few minutes it says cutter not recognized? Called up the ordway, they are trying to sell new one

I just realized mine doesn't have USB, it has parallel connections and I guess like a printer port, attached here with some pictures, can some one help me please?

Hello, I am new to Vinyl, as a hobby I bought this second hardly used machine with all the starter package, it cam e with two dvd's I thought it had the drivers, when reaching home I realised that it is missing the driver, contacted the company which sold this, they seem to have discontinued this product and I am stuck, it is 24" that's all there on the label. Can some one help me, i tried few drivers as per the seller( who seem to have no knowledge and he has spent all the money i gave), I am kind of stuck any help will be appreciated. thnaks Sam
