Just wanted to say that the customer service I received was fantastic. you shipped out the missing part fast, and handled the no software or anything with machine super fast,
yes thank you so much, I knew it was suppose to be on the track and so did my husband but when it arrives not on makes you wonder if your thinking wrong, have been put on track now and getting ready to do my first cut, again thank you
Not sure if this is correct but it seems like the blade holder rollers are not on track, the upper 2 are sitting in place but the bottom is not on a track, is this correct? I am hoping someone can help let me know before I start trying to cut with it.
