Clear app tape totaly sucks for wet apps. Just so you know.

I would cut my vinyl to rough size (large enough for the graphic and room for the pinch rollers) Scuff with a grey scotchbrite pad. Clean with alchohol. Cut the graphic. Spray with adhesion promoter (if using automotive paints) Airbrush. Clearcoat. Weed.

Not really sure but I think it is like window tint, just get a litlle extra and start with a light test cut and up downforce utill you get a clean cut through the film and not the backing.

The only way you might be able to get usable trace results is to bring that into a photo editing program and do a major cleanup. Pobably easier to redraw it.

PowerTrace doesn't result in anything usable. Take longer to clean up than redraw.

My first run was 20 shirts 12x15 cut em all, weeded them and put the first one on the shirt on the heatpress and said a bunch of not so nice words. :'(

Not exactly sure what you are trying to achieve? Change color?
