    has anyone cut reflective vinyl with a 45 degree blade?

    Just did a job last week with 45 degree blade (couldn't wait for my 60 degrees to come in). CR630 and stock blade. Slow it down to 20 on the speed pressure was about 135-140 (do a couple test cuts to get your pressure right). Note that the reflective is a pain to weed anyway...seems to have this sticky clear coating or something... Also, stay away from really small text and serif'ed fonts... Hope that helps a bit... Steve
