Trying to see if my prices are in line with what others would charge for the same. 3' x 5' aluminum sign, .063 thick, baked on white enamel finish. Lettered with Oracal 951 Die Cut vinyl, 3 colors/layers covering the majority of the sign blank with all three colors. I have the art work, I have done many jobs for them in the past with the same logo. Just needs to be sized and scaled to this particular job. Design time will not factor into this job. It will be delivered to the customers location a few miles away, but they will handle installing on building roof top per their request. I am in the Baltimore / Washington DC metro area. What would your price be on this? Thank you in advanced for your input.

Neither one of those are it, unless I am bring up the wrong searches on those names. I used the link in the first and copy and pasted into Google on the second one. The i's and y's arent close at all. Thanks for trying though.

Did you ever get any where with this? I have raced karts for over 20 years. It depends on what type of body work it is and for what type of kart. We race dirt ovals, most if the body work is fiberglass and 651 is fine. Even the few that are plastic are okay for 651 except for on brand, M & M's "tuff" body. It is very flexible and dull looking, similar to a outdoor plastic trash can. They can be troublesome. Road course type karts use what is called CIK style body work which sounds like the other posters here are referring too. They to can be troublesome because of the type of plastic they are made of. Hope that helps some.

I have ladders, he already had one set up to get on the roof when I got there to look at it and told me I didn't have to bring one when I came back to just use his. They are a small business and very laid back. I mostly do vehicle graphics, I guess my real question is how much more would you charge since it is on a angled roof as opposed to on the ground on the side of a vehicle. It's not so steep I need to tie myself off but it is steep enough that caution is going to have to be exercised.

Can you guys help me out with pricing on this job. I have to die cut (1) 12 foot wide x 18 inches tall piece of Oracal 951 White, one color only, 2 lines of basic block type cookie cutter text that total the 12' x 18". The tricky part is it has to be installed on to a blank area of a pre exsisting metal sign that is mounted on a roof top, one story off the ground on a slightly angeled roof. The customer has a extention ladder on site, I used it to get up there and measure today. What would some of you guys charge for something like this with the install? If it matters I am in the Baltimore / Washington DC area. Thanks in advanced.

I dont use signblazer. But I do know that you will have to save it as a PNG. file, a JPG will always put a background to it.
