Why not bid and get the best price Billy? I'am in no hurry, I already have two plotters. Besides bidding is half the fun of Ebay. Now Billy, you DO want me have fun don't you?

Similarities in the Copam parts. IE: Roland , Graphitec, Ioline, Mutoh all used stepper motors in their earlier models. All of those plotters have a proven performance background. There are other similarties as well. And of course PRICE. Since this will be used primarily as a back-up plotter I do not need, nor do I think it is necessary, to pay the price of the above mentioned plotters. However, I'am still concerned about driver issues. (communication-Computer/plotter) So with that being said it is time to "GET OFF THE PORCH" and try one for myself!!!!! ...Roger P.S. - I wrote Marcel a letter notifying him of my decision separate from this forum with more specific details. P.S.S - Does anyone know why or where Marcel is going?

    To MARCEL - Re: MH721

Hello again Marcel. I took your advice and looked throught the different forums especially the Refine Plotter Problems. Yes, you seem to be responsive to your customers problems however there are many. From tracking, servo, pinch rollers, motherboard & computer/cutter communication, quite a number of problems. I wish you luck in your business but I believe I will hold off purchasing for now. I will check back from time-to-time to see if your reliability and quality improves. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Roger Bolander Winston Sign Company
  8. Hello! I have noticed that your competitors are saying BEWARE of less expensive cutters/plotter. They are pointing out that they are of inferior quality parts and assembly as well as the reliability factor. They also go on to question your stability as a viable company, paraphrasing "OUT OF THIER GARAGE" - "FLY BY NIGHT" those sort of comments. My question is simply this, how can you convince me, as well as other potential customers, otherwise. Thank you. Roger Bolander Winston Sign Company Please note that I have , but did not, include specfic names of those companies making the alligations.

To Buy Or NOT To Buy?

Hey Tater! Thanks for writting me back. You are very convincing in regards to the US Cutters. I will probably purchase one in the very near future. The price certainly is right. Moreover, if the cutter falls apart on me I'am only out 4 or 500 bucks. I hope to hear from more people out there regarding US Cutters. Thanks for you time... Roger

To Buy Or NOT To Buy?

Hello! I'am debating on purchasing the 25 inch plotter (MH721). I'am currently running two Roland plotters but could use another one. The USCutter plotter is less expensive as you are probably aware of but can I expect the same quality and reliability as my Rolands? I would appreceiate any comments you may have regarding this subject. Thank you... Roger Bolander Winston Sign Company - Arizona
