  1. It's a bump for sure but now that I'm looking at it there are other areas along the strip than have some drops, NOT smooth all the way across! Is this something I can fix on my own or do I need to contact US Cutter?
  2. When I run my finger over it I feel a slight bump....
  3. Hello All, I have the Copam CP-2500 and am cutting with WinPCSig. I have an issue of my design not cutting all the way through but only in one certain spot. It'll cut perfect then it reaches this area and I can see where the blade cut but it just didn't go all of the way through. Does anyone know why this would happen? Again, perfect cut in all other placed but this spot and it does not matter what the design/text is that I'm cutting. Unfortunately it's pretty much in the middle of the entire cut area so I can move the vinyl around to avoid the spot. Any help would be appricaited!!!
  4. Hi, I can across your post and hope you can help with my lack of knowledge! I just bought the Copam 2500 and have it hooked up and working BUT when I went to cut a file (SVG file imported into the Sure Cuts alot) it cut weird. Not sure how to explain it, it's like it nicks into the letter then turning, and some areas are jagged. The straight lines are perfect though? Any help would be great, I have a ton of things to cut and just upgraded to this from a Silhouette Cameo, which has been wonderful but I need something quicker and more durable! First thing I'm thinking is offset.....BUT, since I don't know what the heck that means I'm still lost! I cut regular heatpress vinyl and a ton of glitter vinyl as well as the sticky flock. I also have both 45 & 60 degree blades, both of which say on the box it has a knifepoint offest 0.25-1.0 mm.....again, CLUELESS! Thanks in advance!
