    Have laserpoint cutter and i'm unable to get it to cut. It comes online i can do test cut works fine just wont cut from the computer. tried changing usb cables even tried using the serial port nothing. using signblazer software i was told to reinstall the software and try again no luck with that. turned it of and waiting turned it back on cutter goes online just doesnt seem to be communicating with computer. Please help.
